A couple of weeks ago Nila showed us she can go "On Point". Today she added a spin.

It was over 80° and after about 15 min in winter clothes the kids started to melt.

Frederik Meijer Garden

Grandma Linda is in town this weekend and we went to Frederik Meijer Garden this weekend to see the butterfly's. The kids love it. Nila had a book and was trying to identify every one she saw.

Lilly the spectator.

Nila put on her Cinderella dress on and Jonas loves to copy everything she does. They both had a princess dance party. Good times.

Lilly still keeps her mouth shut tight if you try to feed her anything but loves to feed herself. Sarah has been making lots of chunky soups... Lilly loves them all.

Nila Project

Nila wanted to make a toy for Lilly. Sarah asked her to make up some instructions and this is what she came up with.

Sarah made it the best she could. Nila and Lilly love it.

Big kids.

Jonas talks to everyone. On the way to the playground a mother was walking with her two girls and one was on a scooter.
Jonas: "Hi"
Little girl : Stares at him
Jonas: "Nice scooter, I have one too."
Little girl: Continue to stare and moves on

Later at the playground three bigger kids showed up and...
Jonas: "Hi what are you doing."
One of the boys: "You don't want to know"
Jonas: "Want to play with me"
Boys: go on their way

Jonas just shrugs it off and goes and does something else. Later when I was pushing Nila on the tire swing he ran over and started to do his "Pew Pew Pew" arm gun thing.. I think this is just programed into boys prior to birth... So he does this and starts to run away and they all start to chase him around calling him a little leprechaun. He did this a couple of times and was loving every minute of it.

We really love having two playgrounds two blocks in each direction from the house.
