We went for a little walk tonight and Nila fell asleep on the way home. Tomorrow morning we leave for Italy. Posted by Picasa

She brought Nila this really cute sweater and hat that she just made. Posted by Picasa

Grandma Linda arrived today. We had a hard time leaving the airport though because it required Nila going into the car seat. (AKA Loss of holding time) Posted by Picasa

My mom arrives this morning in 3 hours to see Nila for the first time. We are going to be in Italy with her next week so I will not be updating until then. I only have room for 500 or so photos on my camera during the vacation so I should have a couple things to post when we get back. See you all in June. Posted by Picasa

It is the hornist cow I have ever seen. Posted by Picasa

These two were by far our favorites. This cow? had the largest horns we have ever seen. Posted by Picasa

A strange mix really. Posted by Picasa

When we got back to the house a small circus was set up a block from our house. They had all the animals outside; we stopped to check them out purely for Nilas benefit.

Thursday was a holiday in France, we had a chance to go for a small hike near our house.  Posted by Picasa

Nila is starting to pick out her own cloths now. She has a great fashion sense for a three month old.  Posted by Picasa

She really is a great little girl. Grandma Linda is going to be here this Friday to see Nila for the first time. In an effort to not loose vacation days this year I took a week off and we are going to go to Tuscany in Italy. We are really looking forward to seeing her and going on the vacation. (Don't worry I will take a couple pictures).

She also has found our about her thumbs. These are great when she gets upset and can now calm herself down. Posted by Picasa

Nila was cute tonight on Sarahs shoulder. She has found her hands and loves to suck / chew them.  Posted by Picasa

Lets count now... Posted by Picasa

Sarah always tells me there is never enough photos of her with Nila on the blog. Posted by Picasa

We took some new pictures together tonight. Nila with Dad. Posted by Picasa

Today we were invited to our friends Bill and Caroline's house for a Mothers day celebration. Nila was a big hit and loved to be passed around.  Posted by Picasa

We had a packed weekend. Sat was open cave day in Switzerland. It was raining and cold but we still managed to hit a few places and try some wine. Later that night Sarah and Amy made some great fondue. It was their first attempt at fondue and it turned out great.

Sarah is talking with Nila all the time. The fun part is she is starting to talk back. We are getting all kinds of coos, gahgalss, etc.  Posted by Picasa

Spring with Nila has been a delight.

We love her huge toothless grin.  Posted by Picasa

Peace... Posted by Picasa

Happy Mothers Day. Sarah and I spent the day in the park near the lake in Geneva then had dinner at one of our favorite perch restaurants. Tea, coffee, some sugar, cream, pacifier, and a feeding baby someplace under that blanket. Life will never be the same..
